Top CEOs to identify iGaming's future winners at EiG EiG A panel of top CEOs has been assembled by the organisers of EiG to identify the future winners in the newly regulated, consolidating and increasing localised iGaming market. The panel, which includes bwin.party's Norbert Teufelberger, Betsson's Magnus Silfverberg and William Hill Online's Henry Birch, will ask if it is moving away from a .com industry to a place where localised legislation is the only way forward, and explore whether it is listed or private companies, global players or local brands and .com or .country operators that have the strategies to prosper. The panel will also look at the emergence of new gaming brands from the consumer and mainstream media sectors to see if they can become the top players of the future and present the main challenge to traditional gaming brands. EiG takes place at Milan's MIC Centre on 19-22 September. For more information please visit: www.eigexpo.com

New investors in negotiations to buy Full Tilt Poker ONLINE Pocket Kings, the owner of Full Tilt Poker, has begun negotiations with new potential investors regarding the sale of the Full Tilt Poker brand and its assets. In a statement, it said that the exclusivity period for negotiations with the original interested party had expired, and although discussions with that party were still ongoing it is now talking with other investors. Full Tilt Poker apologised for its lack of communication with its customers over the last month and a half, identifying the difficulty of dealing with the implications of Black Friday (the day several online poker firms were indicted by US authorities) and the requirement for confidentiality during negotiations for its sale as mitigating factors.
