Top 3 will be honored within the Fourth Annual Gaming Technology Summit (US).- Ascend Media Gaming Group announced the winners of Casino Journal’s Top 20 Most Innovative Gaming Technology Products Awards for 2005. Now in its ninth year, the awards recognize the most innovative offerings in the gaming industry. A panel of expert judges evaluated the entries and selected the 20 finalists, which will be featured in the June edition of Casino Journal.

The winners are: Aristocrat Technologies-Multi-Game Analyzer PRIME, Atronic Americas LLC-eMillions slot machine w/Jackpot button, Bally Technologies -CineVision Wide-Screen Video Gaming Platform, Bosch Security Systems-VideoJet XPro Encoder w/software, Cash Systems –cashclub, Genesis Gaming Solutions-BRAVO Poker, poker room management system, Global Cash Access-EDITH (Electronic Debit Interactive Terminal Housing) system, HRLogix-SafeLogix, IGT-Server-Based Products.

Other winners are: InfoGenesis-Guest Experience Guide, Inspired Broadcast Networks-Gala Gaming Platform, Konami Gaming- True-Time Entertainment Panel , Morse Watchman-KeyWatcher Key Management System and security products, Multimedia Games-Electronic Instant Lottery System, Multimedia Games- Casino Commander Game Management System, PokerTek Inc.-PokerPro.

The products that complete the list of the top 20 are: Venture Catalyst-Extensible Report Viewer, WMS Gaming-Monopoly Big Event, WMS Gaming-Powerball Slots (3x3 Local-Area Progressive Matrix Bonus), WMS Gaming-Top Gun slot with Bose surround sound chair.

Attendees to the Fourth Annual Gaming Technology Summit, to be held next May 24-25 at the Green Valley Ranch in Las Vegas, will vote for their favorite products and services from the Top 20. From that voting, platinum, gold and silver medals for the Most Innovative Gaming Technology Products for 2005 will be awarded to the top three vote-getters. The three winners will be honored during the luncheon on Day 2 of the Summit and featured in the August edition of Casino Journal.

Industry vendors were invited to submit product nominations for their newest, most creative products and services. Judges were Glenn Bonner, senior vice president of information services, MGM Mirage; Ursula Conway, chief information officer, Ameristar Casinos; David Paster, strategic database manager, National Hirschfeld and Gregg Solomon, founder of Intellectual Gaming LLC and CEO of Detroit Entertainment, L.C.C., owner and operator of MotorCity Casino.
