Das Casino gehört der Schwester Becky Binion Behnen, aber Jack Binion hat auch hier immer noch einen kleinen Firmenanteil, um die Nevada Gaming License nicht zu verlieren.

Ameristar besitzt und betreibt 2 Casinos in Jackpot (Nevada) sowie Riverboat Casinos in Vicksburg, Council Bluffs, St. Charles und Kansas City.
