Tourney and Qualifiers Open to All Players with FPPs Next Sunday, PokerStars is holding a $2 million freeroll that is open to anyone who has as little as 10 Frequent Player Points (FPPs) to burn. Those who may not have as many as, say, Team PokerStars member Dario Minieri (who was the first player to cash in his FPPs for a Porsche), can still get in on the action.

The 10,000 FPP buy-in tourney will pay at least one-third of its entrants, and the winner of the event will receive $200,000. The final table payouts follow:

First — $200,000 Second — $120,000 Third — $80,000 Fourth — $65,000 Fifth — $50,000 Sixth — $40,000 Seventh — $30,000 Eighth — $20,000 Ninth — $11,000

The $2 million PokerStars Turbo Takedown will be limited to 12,000 entrants. Regardless of whether the cap is reached or not, the top 4,000 will get paid at least $180. That means at least one in three players will make money in this event. Finish 999 or better and win at least $450. The top 99 will make at least $1,250, the top 27, at least $4,000.

Players can buy directly into the $2 million PokerStars Turbo Takedown with 10,000 FPPs, or they can win their way in through the multiple qualifiers that are now taking place.

Satellites start for as little as 10 FPPs and run as high as 2,000 (six-player turbos) and can be found by going to the PokerStars lobby and clicking the “events” tab, then “special” tab, then “FPP Satellites” tab. All the satellites are named “$2M TT” and are listed in bright red print.
