COGETECH / ACE Interactive signed partnership deal to enter Italian VLT market

LONDON / ROME, 8th October 2008 – During the ENADA Gaming show in Rome October 8-10th, leading Italian Gaming Operator COGETECH and ACE Interactive jointly announced their intention to work together in order to offer server based Video Lottery Gaming in Italy under the pending Comma 6B gaming legislation.

The legislation for Comma 6B machines (or VLTs) is currently undergoing examination by AAMS (the Italian Regulator). Its introduction is anticipated for 2009. Comma 6B machines will supply Server Based Gaming services and will therefore reduce many of the currently existing limitations with regards to issues such as central monitoring, proper taxation, money laundering and underage gaming.

With a population of 60 million, the Italian gaming market is one of the top three gaming markets in Europe and represents a significant growth potential for both organisations.
