Bellagio has given away more than $50 million in poker tournament prize money over the last two years. The third-annual Festa al Lago, well underway, promises to add considerably to that total.

The final event will be the first annual Doyle Brunson North American Poker Championship, a $10,000-buy-in no-limit event. Tournament director Jack McClelland stated that he expects a $3 million prize pool for that event. The winner of each event of this all-no-limit hold'em series will receive, in addition to prize money, a $25,500 seat in the World Poker Tour Championship at Bellagio in April 2005.

All tournaments start at noon. * Champion receives $25,000 + $500 entry (nonnegotiable, nonrefundable, nontransferable) into the 2005 WPT Championship at Bellagio.

Championship is based on $200,000 prize money. ** Supersatellite will award as many $10,200 entries as possible for the Oct. 19, 2004, tournament. Oct. 8-Oct. 18, 7:15 p.m. daily, $500 + $40 supersatellite. Five Diamond World Poker Classic Bellagio will hold the third-annual Five Diamond World Poker Classic Nov. 29-Dec. 18, 2004. It includes a $25,000-buy-in heads-up limit hold'em event. Each winner of the five no-limit hold'em events will receive, in addition to prize money, a $25,500 seat in the World Poker Tour Championship at Bellagio in April 2005. Der Cirque du Soleil gastiert mit der Wassershow O in einem eigens errichteten Theater im Hotel.
