LAS VEGAS, January 14, 2005 - Caesars Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE:CZR) will host its fourth quarter conference call for investors on Thursday, February 10 at 11 a.m. EST (8 a.m. PST), following release of the company's fourth quarter financial results.

The call can be accessed by dialing 1-877-226-4294 or, for international participants, 1-706-643- 0366. The call also will be available on the Internet through the Investor Relations section of the company's web site at www.caesars.com.
