TCS John Huxley and Betfair signed letter of intent

10.02.2005, TCS John Huxley and Betfair have signed a Letter of Intent for TCS to distribute the Betfair Casino Solution worldwide exclusively outside of the UK. Detailed discussions led to a letter of intent being signed late last year with a contractual agreement currently being drafted.

UK - The product offering will allow casinos, where legal, to offer a variety of Sports Betting to their clients via the Betfair betting exchange.

VendingData and TCS John Huxley sign distribution agreement (US).- VendingData Corporation informed that it has entered into an exclusive five-year agreement with TCS John Huxley to market and distribute VendingData´s shuffler products outside of the US.

In connection with the signing of the agreement, TCS will issue an initial order for 100 of VendingData´s newly introduced PokerOne shuffler. An additional order will be received by the Company for its new RandomPlus shuffler following TCS John Huxley´s completion of product evaluation this quarter.
