European iGaming Copenhagen Coming Soon

11.07.2009, The time is running out for those who have heavy schedules to book their tickets for the European iGaming conference and exhibit in September.

Running from September 15th to the 17th 2009 in amazing Copenhagen Denmark. The venue for this well thought out event is the Bella Center which is a wonderfully modern and airy congress facility just south of Copenhagen city centre. It is well connected, just 5 minutes taxi journey from the airport and 11 minutes to the city centre using the Bella Center’s own metro station. This years lead sponsor is Playtech which has been getting plenty of press lately with their latest ventures into 'live' online gambling deals.

The speaker list is formidable with some 80 plus experts among them top CEO's delivering their wisdom throughout the event. The list of speakers and CEOs attending the conference from around the globe.

Supporting associations will also be there on mass with eCOGRA the independent standards authority; the European Sports Security Association (ESSA) an industry early warning system designed to offer customers a fair sports betting product; the European Gaming and Betting Association (EGBA) whose mission is to promote fair competition for European online gaming operators; the International Masters of Gaming Law (IMGL) is an association of attorneys, gaming regulators and gaming executives; the Interactive Gaming Council (IGC) which serves as a collective voice of the interactive gaming industry; and the Remote Gambling Association (RGA) which represents the worlds largest licensed, and stock market-listed remote gambling companies.

Four companies have been selected from over 10 applications to participate in the 2009 LaunchPad. These select companies will be given the opportunity to tell the conference participants why their product is going to be 'the next big thing'. A panel of experts will agree or disagree. These start up companies are ready to take on the online gambling world. Time will tell as they move into this very competitive arena and the consumer tests their worth. All and all this is going to be a comprehensive event with something for everyone who wants to advance in the business of online gambling.
