Heads-up play commenced at 2:10am with Jerry Yang possessing a 104M to 23M (or about 4.5 to 1) chip advantage. Jack Effel gave re-introductions of the two finalists, who each got a raucous round of applause from this devoted poker audience. In 21 hands over 45 minutes, Jerry Yang continued his domination. By winning the vast majority of pots, he has managed to grind down Tuan Lam to the edge of desperation. Only on one occasion did Lam move all-in, and that was preflop from the button, to which Yang folded. Jerry Yang's chip advantage now stand at 117M to 10.4M. If Lam were to be fortunate enough to double up, he would just get back to where this heads-up match began. In order to take over the chip lead, Lam would need to double through three times. Now that the level has expired, the players are on a 15-minute break and the tournament staff is coloring up the peach 25K chips.. When they return, blinds will be 400K/800K with a 100K ante.
