VEGAS.com & Sennari Announce Groundbreaking Pact to Create Mobile VEGAS.com

LAS VEGAS -- VEGAS.com and Sennari Inc. announced today at CTIA (Cellular Telephony Industry Association) a groundbreaking agreement to create dedicated mobile entertainment, travel and e- commerce services that will make the Vegas experience truly mobile. With this relationship, the ultimate entertainment destination in the world -- Vegas -- meets the ultimate communications and convenience device -- the mobile phone. Sennari and VEGAS.com will launch innovative, broad-ranging mobile applications and services that cover all aspects of the Vegas experience. Mobile VEGAS.com will include play-for-fun casino games like poker, craps and slots, Vegas-themed ringtones, trip-planning services, show ticket sales and hotel reservations, itinerary management with temporal alerts for itinerary components while in town, and other opportunities available exclusively to mobile phones users both in and outside of Vegas. The new service will be available through a wide array of mobile carriers, retail outlets, and software download sites.

In addition, Mobile VEGAS.com will offer video-, picture- and messaging- based applications, making the mobile phone an integral part of the complete Vegas experience. The innovative nature of Mobile VEGAS.com will also greatly enhance VEGAS.com's marketing and customer service initiatives.
